About Energiapartner


Our client Energiapartner designs and builds renewable energy, battery storage, and medium- and high-voltage solutions, delivering complete solutions to clients — from design through construction and commissioning.


Your goal


Find and win new energy projects for the company, managing the entire procurement and tendering process — from evaluating the business opportunity through to concluding the contract.


Key responsibilities:


Search for and evaluate new tenders and business opportunities

Analyze tender documentation, technical requirements, and project-related risks

Decide together with management which tenders to pursue

Lead the preparation of quotations, from work planning through to submission

Manage the team of sales engineers and estimators

Coordinate the work of designers, estimators, and project managers

Lead project budgeting and pricing

Negotiate with clients, partners, and suppliers

Manage contract execution and ensure agreed terms are met

Collaborate with the design, construction, and finance teams

Build long-term client relationships

Support the company's strategic sales objectives



What we expect:


Higher education in the energy field

At least 5 years of work experience in the energy sector

Experience preparing tenders for major projects, quotation management, or project management

Technical and commercial understanding of electrical and energy projects

Experience in project budgeting, pricing, and risk analysis

Very good English skills, spoken and written

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Experience managing teams, or readiness to lead specialists

An entrepreneurial mindset

Competitive base salary of €5,000–6,500 gross per month, plus a performance-based bonus system
