Outside Sales Rep

Southside Solar is one of the California region’s top residential solar providers. We have a dedicated experience in the industry. We are looking for experienced door- to- door (d2d) appointment setters to join a rapidly-growing sales team of solar professionals in the Orange County, Los Angeles area with over a decade of experience.

Applicants with active HIS license can apply to be a Southside closer.

Closing experience is not required as setters will merely be preparing homeowners for appointments with a Dedicated closer.

No upfront or hourly pay. This is a commission base position.
Compensation will consist of a $200 commission for each appointment scheduled that results in a sat consultation for a Southside closer and an interested homeowner.

Setters will also receive 20% of commissions earned from closed sales on appointments they coordinate. Compensation plans are in place to provide setters the opportunity to make $1,000 -

$4,000 per closed sale. We have provided highly-skilled closers the opportunity to make six-figure annual incomes working 4-6 hours per day.

Ability to attend weekly meetings

Wide selection of installers and financiers to choose from for the best customer experience.

Technology - Door knocking app to track doors, appointments, and interactions and a simple CRM tool. Top Tier Support - We have an entire support team who manages and tracks your projects post sale to manage your customers and communication.

To ensure installs happen quickly and you can keep selling.

We offer real time text, call, and email support to ensure you’ll always have assistance as needed.
