We work at the intersection of environmental conservation, community development, and carbon finance to deliver measurable climate and biodiversity outcomes across some of the region's most ecologically significant landscapes.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery and administration of our forest carbon project in Sarawak. This is a central role within a small, high-performing team, providing coordination, administrative, and operational support across all project workstreams. • Project Administration: Maintain project documentation, track workstream progress against timelines, and support preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external audiences.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for partners, government agencies, research institutions, and community representatives. Schedule meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure clear communication across all parties.
  • Regulatory and Compliance Support: Assist in monitoring permit conditions, reporting obligations, and certification milestones. Support preparation of submissions to regulatory and standard bodies.
  • Operational Support: Coordinate logistics for fieldwork, community engagement sessions, and site activities. Track procurement, resource allocation, and implementation schedules.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research to support project design, grant applications, and reporting requirements as directed by the project lead.
