The Team You're Joining
- SFOC designs campaign strategies across the Asia-Pacific region to accelerate energy transition and raise climate ambition.
- The Development Team supports grants management and developmental engagement across SFOC's programs, communicating our initiatives both internally and externally.
- Work with program leads to draft grant proposals and report on progress toward campaign objectives
- Identify potential partners and conduct outreach on joint activities
- Coordinate events to support developmental engagement
- Manage relationships with funders and partners
- Collaborate with program teams to shape effective funder-targeted narratives
- Exceptional English writing and verbal communication skills
- 1 year of related work experience
- Passion for climate action and climate justice
- Grant writing experience
- Exposure to non-profit and/or philanthropic organizations
- Fluent or full professional working proficiency in Korean
- Campaigning, fundraising, marketing, or business development experience
- Experience with CRM software
- Background in climate and/or one of SFOC's main work areas (energy, climate finance, industry, communications, etc.)

- 개발팀은 SFOC 프로그램 전반의 grant 관리와 개발 관련 협력 업무를 지원하며, 우리의 활동을 대내외에 알리는 역할을 담당하고 있어요.
- 프로그램 리드와 협력하여 grant proposal 초안 작성 및 캠페인 목표 진행 상황 보고
- 잠재적 파트너 발굴 및 공동 활동 관련 홍보 활동 수행
- 개발 관련 협력을 지원하기 위한 이벤트 조정
- Funder 및 파트너와의 관계 관리
- 프로그램 팀과 협력하여 funder 대상 효과적인 스토리텔링 구성
- 영어: 탁월한 작문 및 구두 소통 능력
- 1년 이상의 관련 업무 경험
- 기후 행동과 정의에 대한 열정
- Grant 작성 경험
- 비영리 또는 자선 단체 경험
- 작문 및 구두 소통 한국어 능력
- 캠페인, 모금, 마케팅 또는 비즈니스 개발 경험
- CRM 소프트웨어 사용 경험
- 기후 및/또는 SFOC의 주요 업무 분야(에너지, 기후금융, 산업, 커뮤니케이션 등)와 관련된 배경
