This is a W2 position with a competitive base pay and uncapped commissions — the harder you work, the more you earn. Eat what you kill! No prior sales experience is required — we provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with homeowners to discuss solar, roofing, and home security solutions.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of upgrading their home with energy-efficient and safety-enhancing products.
  • Generate and manage leads through various marketing and outreach channels.
  • Build relationships with clients and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • No sales experience required — we’ll train the right person!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license a must.
  • An active CSLB HIS is preferred, but not required to start.
