- 1 month to start w/ intended extension
- Full Time Hours, EST, Remote
- Manage day-to-day client communication and project flow for clean energy and sustainability accounts, ensuring expectations, needs, and deliverables are aligned and met.
- Drive the execution of social, digital, and cross-channel campaigns, coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure work is delivered on time and to specification.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and policy partners to shape campaign messaging, project requirements, asset needs, and overall digital execution.
- Oversee timelines, task assignments, project schedules, and budgets using digital project management best practices.
- Support PR and content strategy alignment by ensuring consistent brand storytelling across all digital touchpoints.
- Act as the connective thread between marketing and policy initiatives, helping translate climate and clean energy concepts into accessible, consumer-friendly campaigns.
- Maintain a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, identifying risks, troubleshooting issues, and keeping internal and external stakeholders aligned.
- 5–7 years in a marketing or advertising agency, with direct experience managing digital, social, and integrated campaign production.
- Strong digital project management skills, including experience managing timelines, asset workflows, creative reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities, able to distill complex information into actionable marketing and content plans.
- Comfortable operating independently within a small, high-volume team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for sustainability, climate action, or mission-driven work.
