Our client is seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to join a fast-paced, mission-driven agency dedicated to advancing climate change solutions. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with strong communications / marketing agency experience and a proven ability to manage integrated 360° campaigns with a heavy social media component.

  • 1 month to start w/ intended extension
  • Full Time Hours, EST, Remote


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee day-to-day client relationships and project execution for clean energy and sustainability-focused accounts.
  • Lead development and implementation of social, digital, and cross-channel campaigns that bring climate-related brands and initiatives to life.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and policy teams to shape campaign direction and influence messaging strategy.
  • Partner with strategists to define the PR approach and ensure consistent brand storytelling across all channels.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining a hands-on approach and fostering team collaboration.
  • Serve as a bridge between marketing and policy objectives, helping to make clean energy initiatives more accessible and empowering for consumers.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency, with a focus on social media and integrated campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable marketing programs.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a small, high-volume environment.
  • Passion for sustainability, climate change, or mission-driven brand work.
