With businesses across Europe moving toward cleaner, more resilient energy, we’re hiring a B2B Sales Manager to help drive this transition and support our customers’ sustainability goals.


In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of the solar energy industry - developing strong client relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and driving deals to closure. Partnering with our expert sales and engineering teams, you’ll deliver tailored solar solutions that create real impact. If you excel in managing complex sales cycles, leading RFP processes, and negotiating contracts, this is your chance to make a difference while advancing your career in a fast-growing market.

Your Role

  • Drive sales – Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline
  • Build lasting relationships – Maintain and expand partnerships with new and existing B2B clients
  • Master the industry – Stay ahead of market trends and become an expert in solar solutions
  • Collaborate for success – Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Strategize & execute – Participate in research, site visits, and proposal development for large-scale projects
  • Be a brand ambassador – Attend industry events and conferences to expand our presence


What we’re looking for

  • Hunter mindset with a proven track record in consultative B2B sales, focused on new customer acquisition and driving growth in competitive markets
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in on-site energy solutions (e.g., solar, storage) for real estate, manufacturing, or related sectors
  • Demonstrated success in navigating complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
  • Existing network in real estate and/or industrial/manufacturing sectors is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding or strong interest in the energy transition, including solar PV, energy storage, and EPC project environments
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills – able to build trust and close deals with senior-level decision-makers
  • Fluent in German (native level) and English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Relevant educational background, such as economics, engineering, or sustainability
  • Independent, proactive, and results-driven with a team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and a hunger for success
