This is a full-time, on-site role based in Athens for a Business Operations Associate. The incumbent will collaborate with various teams to streamline operations, plan and oversee business initiatives, manage resources, and ensure goals are met. Other key responsibilities include analyzing operational performance, optimizing processes, and supporting the development of strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the organization.
- Strong organizational and operational planning skills
- Analytical skills for evaluating business processes, data, and performance metrics
- Project management capabilities, including resource allocation and timeline management
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of sustainable practices and familiarity with environmental initiatives is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Athens, as well as interact across various functions and departments
