We’re hiring motivated, coachable individuals to join our door-to-door solar sales team in Sarasota and surrounding Florida areas. No solar experience required - we provide hands-on training, daily coaching, and a proven sales system.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking with homeowners in residential neighborhoods
- Educating customers on solar and setting qualified appointments
- Working afternoons/evenings when homeowners are available
- Attending daily team training meetings before heading out to knock
- Following a simple, proven script and process
⚠️ This is a door-to-door sales role. You’ll be on your feet, outdoors, and paid based on performance.
Compensation
- 1099 Commission-Based
- Average reps earn $4,000–$8,000/month
- Top setters earn $10,000–$15,000+/month
- Bonuses and rapid advancement opportunities available
