Mission

At Soldera, we're building AI-powered infrastructure transforming how renewable energy certificates are traded and managed across Europe, already trusted by 5,000+ clean energy production facilities and 500+ corporates, with a vision to completely unify every major Energy Attribute Certificate (EAC) registry worldwide.

About Us

  • Trusted by 5,000+ clean energy production facilities including Utilitas, Sunly, Kaamos Energia and Svea Solar
  • 500+ corporates rely on Soldera for Guarantee of Origin portfolio management
  • Backed by top Nordic VC funds including Lifeline Ventures
  • Selected for Mastercard Lighthouse MASSIV 2026, the only Estonian firm in the cohort
  • €1.6M EU-backed applied research grant to scale our registry infrastructure

You'll work directly with our business development team to identify and qualify clean energy production facilities across Europe. The work is research-heavy and detail-oriented: building the lead pipeline that connects clean energy production facilities to Soldera's platform. We prioritise raw intellect and hunger over experience. Strong performers prove their ability to work independently on real problems and build a case for an extended role as the team grows. At the very least, you'll earn experience at a fast-growing start-up deploying frontier AI to transform an environmental commodity market.

What You'll Do

  • Research clean energy production facilities and SPVs across European markets and identify the right decision-makers
  • Follow structured research SOPs, applying your own judgement where the obvious answer isn't there
  • Populate and maintain lead lists with accuracy and consistency
  • Use AI research tooling to find novel contact, community and prospect data

What We're Looking For

  • Sharp attention to detail and comfort working independently without hand-holding
  • Genuine curiosity about energy markets, sales, or B2B research
  • Willingness to learn modern GTM tooling from scratch
  • Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
  • Competency with LLM-based retrieval and research tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude

What You'll Learn

  • AI-assisted research workflows used by real sales teams (Clay, Hubspot, Lemlist)
  • How the European renewable energy market and EAC ecosystem works from the inside
  • What a high-growth climate-tech sales pipeline actually looks like

What We Expect

  • There are no dumb questions. If you don't know what to do, ask. Figure out the details and get help where needed.
  • Propose new ideas. Better yet, action new ideas and show us the results.
  • High performance and a results-driven attitude; we keep management light by design
  • Beside the basics, take full ownership of your work: nobody will tell you what to do or micromanage you
  • If you feel you're moving in the wrong direction, stop, get context, and course-correct
  • Be smart with your time: use tools, look for automation, never settle for dumb work
  • Stay open to new approaches even when uncomfortable

Location

  • Onsite in Tartu, Estonia
