Tell Soldera's Story at Scale

Soldera is the Stripe for renewable energy. We connect 4,000+ power plants, from household rooftop solar to utility-scale wind, with 500+ corporations buying renewable energy certificates. We automate everything in between: registry access, issuance, matching, settlement, and audit-ready compliance reporting.

The product works. Producers get paid for certificates they would otherwise never monetise. Corporates get one login instead of six registries and three consultants. What we have not yet done is tell that story properly, at scale, in the words each audience actually uses.

That is this job. You would be our first marketing hire.

The Mission

Turn the Soldera product into compelling value propositions for each customer segment, and build the content that carries them.

The Role

  • Own positioning and messaging. We sell to two very different people. A producer wants revenue they did not know they had, without paperwork. A CFO, controller, or sustainability lead wants defensible Scope 2 numbers, transparent pricing, and no audit surprises. You will build the message house for each, and for the sub-segments within them: utilities, retail, real estate, manufacturing, and finance.
  • Build the content engine. Customer stories, regulatory explainers, category and comparison content, newsletters, and team presence on LinkedIn. Enough volume that we are the default answer when someone searches how EACs actually work, without compromising quality.
  • Arm the commercial team. Decks, one-pagers, objection handling, outbound copy, and the demo narrative. If it shortens a sales cycle, it is yours.
  • Launch product. Registry Bridge, Hourly Matching, and whatever ships next. Every release becomes a reason for a customer to start a conversation.
  • Run the website like a product. Own copy, structure, SEO, and conversion. Measure it, do not just decorate it.

What the First 90 Days Look Like

  • Days 1-30: Hold 15+ conversations with producers, buyers, and our commercial team. Produce a written positioning document for each segment.
  • Days 31-60: Put new website messaging live, publish the first three case studies, and rebuild sales collateral around the new positioning.
  • Days 61-90: Establish a publishing schedule that runs without constant pushing, with a baseline for every metric you have committed to.

Who You Are

  • You have 2+ years in marketing at an early-stage B2B company where you built the content engine.
  • You are an exceptional writer in English. You can take a technical mechanism and turn it into a sentence a CFO repeats to their board.
  • You have marketed something complex, regulated, and unglamorous, such as energy, fintech, compliance, supply chain, or insurance, and made it land.
  • You use AI daily and ship at a pace that surprises people.

Nice to have: Energy, carbon, or climate domain knowledge; experience marketing a two-sided marketplace.

How to Apply

Send your CV, LinkedIn profile, portfolio, or other proof of work.
