? The Opportunity: Associate Founder
SolarVue AI™ is seeking a driven Associate Founder to join our executive leadership team. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside the CEO and founders, actively shaping strategy, culture, and operational execution during a period of rapid national and international expansion. You’ll be empowered to drive decisions, lead high-impact projects, and help architect the next phase of growth for a bootstrapped, mission-driven company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with founders to execute on high-priority initiatives (AI product, sales, marketing, ops, fundraising).
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on rapid growth targets (100K installs, $50M ARR by 2027).
- Drive strategic partnerships with installers, technology providers, and enterprise clients.
- Champion a culture of accountability, DEI, and continuous improvement.
- Represent SolarVue AI™ at industry events, with potential for international travel.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years in startups, clean tech, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, resource-constrained settings.
- Technical acumen in AI/ML, energy, or SaaS platforms preferred.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
