Job Description SolarTech is hiring experienced Solar Installers AND FOREMAN for clients across the Los Angeles area. As a Solar Installer, you will work alongside experienced professionals to install, maintain, and service residential solar panel systems. If you are passionate about renewable energy and enjoy hands-on work outdoors, we want to hear from you! Install photovoltaic (PV) solar panels, racking systems, and inverters on residential rooftops according to project plans and safety standards (Osha) Assist with site preparation, including measuring, layout, and ensuring safe work conditions Identify and address electrical, environmental, and safety hazards on-site. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on installed solar systems Ensure compliance with OSHA, local, and company safety standards, including proper use of PPE. Collaborate with project management and warehouse teams to coordinate materials and scheduling. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Attend ongoing training sessions to stay current on installation methods and safety procedures.
