Role Description The Research Assistant role at Solarixa Power is a full-time, on-site position based in Ajmer. This role involves supporting research projects by collecting and organizing data, conducting literature reviews, and assisting in the design and execution of experiments. You will help maintain laboratory records, prepare samples, operate basic laboratory equipment where applicable, and follow safety protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing experimental and operational data, preparing reports or summaries for internal stakeholders, and contributing to presentations or documentation for ongoing research initiatives. The Research Assistant will collaborate with senior researchers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of project tasks.

Qualifications
- Strong Research and Laboratory Skills to support experimental work, data collection, and adherence to safety procedures.
- Solid Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret findings, identify trends, and draw evidence-based conclusions.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for reports, documentation, and collaboration with project teams.
- Ability to work systematically, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records in a research or technical environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline; advanced coursework or experience in energy or sustainability is an advantage.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools and basic data analysis software; familiarity with statistical tools or scientific software is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and commitment to ethical research practices and safety standards.
