The Residential Solar Execution Executive will be responsible for conducting technical site surveys, ensuring installation quality, and managing the field execution of residential rooftop solar projects across Ahmedabad. The role involves assessing customer sites, coordinating with installation teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring successful commissioning of solar systems while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Technical Site Survey & System Design
The Residential Solar Execution Executive will be responsible for conducting technical site surveys, ensuring installation quality, and managing the field execution of residential rooftop solar projects across Ahmedabad. The role involves assessing customer sites, coordinating with installation teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring successful commissioning of solar systems while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Site Survey & System Design
- Conduct site surveys for residential rooftop solar projects.
- Assess roof dimensions, structure, shading analysis, and electrical infrastructure.
- Evaluate customer load requirements and determine appropriate system sizing.
- Prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) and component requirements.
- Identify technical challenges and recommend suitable installation solutions.
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project schedules and track installation progress.
- Ensure availability of required materials and equipment at project sites.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and support installation teams during execution.
- Review installation photos and videos submitted by field teams.
- Verify module mounting structures, inverter installations, cabling, earthing, and safety compliance.
- Conduct quality checks at various stages of project execution.
- Approve installations and provide technical sign-off upon successful completion.
- Support final testing and commissioning of solar power systems.
- Ensure systems are functioning as per design specifications.
- Coordinate customer handover and provide basic operational guidance.
- Assist in resolving post-installation technical concerns.
- Maintain project records, survey reports, and installation documentation.
- Assist with net-metering technical documentation and utility submission requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety guidelines.
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in solar project execution, site surveys, or rooftop solar installations.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge of solar systems may also apply.
- Knowledge of rooftop solar system design and installation.
- Understanding of electrical systems, inverter technologies, and net-metering processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and single-line diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Ahmedabad for site visits.
