The Senior Analyst, Finance & Treasury Operations, will play a key role in financial reporting, debt covenant compliance, cash planning, and credit management. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, a solid understanding of financial instruments, and the ability to communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders. Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review monthly financial and borrowing base reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards 
  • Support audits and external reporting by coordinating with internal teams and gathering required financial information 
  • Work independently to download financial statements from the accounting system, draft officer’s certificates, and covenant reporting for quarterly and annual requirements 
  • Support treasury operations, including debt tracking by reviewing bank movements and coding against tranches and measurement periods 
  • Draft payment requests to the debt holder and prepare supporting documentation; ensure timely approvals from legal and finance stakeholders 
  • Prepare and maintain cash forecasts to optimize capital structure and support ongoing operational and funding needs 
  • Draft draw requests to be sent to lenders and investors for capital draws and provide supporting documentation. Respond to due diligence questions in relation to the process
  • Support project and investment analysis by developing financial models, sizing analyses, and contributing to CIMs and other transaction materials; assist with audit requirements and credit rating processes as needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration , or a related field 
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or treasury operations
  • Experience with lenders, borrowing bases, or draw requests, and general cash management 
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling and analysis tools 
  • Preferred: experience in renewable energy, real estate, infrastructure, project finance, or corporate treasury, debt and covenant reporting
