We are looking for a Project Manager who is the SolarEdge focal point regarding product availability; from the production line to our Mexico operation (Zapopan, Jalisco).

The candidate will work daily with SolarEdge’s planners and Sales managers to create the demand plan for SolarEdge Contract Manufacturers (CMs) while analyzing the global stock levels VS CM constraints.

This requires someone who is detailed oriented and at the same time can understand and analyze the bigger picture, is well-organized and who feels comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Inventory planning of the Company's Finished goods worldwide
  • Planning and control of Finished goods shipments from factories to global hubs to customers
  • Coordinating between supply chain teams and the sales team
  • Analyzing the inventory reports
  • Create and present reports to the Company's management
  • Define BI and other IS tools
  • Develop and maintain production schedules that ensure efficient and timely production of products.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure that they are sufficient to meet production demands.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure that materials and resources are available when needed and that production targets are met.
  • Manage the flow of materials through the production process, including scheduling, tracking, and expediting material deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the Material department to ensure that materials are delivered on-time and to the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with "Demand department" to ensure that orders are fulfilled on-time and to their satisfaction.
  • Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes to optimize production efficiency.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a shipping schedule that meets customer demand and optimizes shipping costs.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure that products are available for shipment on-time and in the required quantity.
  • Work closely with demand and fulfillment service teams to provide accurate and timely information on order status, delivery dates, and other shipping-related information.
  • Develop and implement shipping plans that consider factors such as transportation costs, delivery times, and product requirements.
  • Resolve shipping-related issues such as lost or damaged products, customs delays, and other issues that may arise.
  • Analyze shipping data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop and implement process changes to optimize shipping efficiency.

  • BSc/BA in Industrial Engineering from a recognized university
  • 2-3 years of experience in order fulfillment or demand planning
  • System-wide overview and good analytical skills
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English
  • Customer-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fast learner, independent, and autodidact
  • Excellent at EXCEL
  • Experience with ERP systems and BI tools; Priority and ClickView– a big advantage
  • Able to work flexible hours
  • Hard-working, responsible, highly motivated, multitasker
