As the North America, Director of Sales for the Energy Storage Division , you will be pivotal in driving the growth and success of SolarEdge's energy storage products and services across the North American market. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the North America Storage Division.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities for energy storage solutions within the North American market.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive market penetration.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to make informed business decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across the division and across geographies, including product management, engineering, Solution Engineering and operations, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of goals and execution plans.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing sales with success growing YoY revenue.
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles within the renewable energy or energy storage industry.
  • Strong understanding of the North American energy market, focusing on storage solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker who can drive results in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market.
