Position Summary
We are looking for a creative, customer-centric product marketer with the ability to make the complex simple. Your knowledge of marketing fundamentals and your focus on customer needs will help us translate industry-leading advantages into bold and inspired strategies and tactics. We are looking for someone who will shape the future of residential product marketing at SolarEdge as we continue to grow as the global Smart Energy leader. This position will report to the North America Director of Product Marketing and will work cross-functionally with the North America and Global HQ Teams to deliver best-in-class product solutions to our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, manage and measure go-to-market strategies, communications, content and enablement tactics for multiple Residential, Commercial and Software product marketing roadmaps.
- Understand the mindset of our installers, sales originators, distributors, commercial system owners and homeowners as an audience expert by driving the development of CX journey maps and personas.
- Maintain market data and product intelligence on competitive and emerging technologies to create actionable information for review by leadership, marketing, product management and sales.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing, product management, sales and installer customers to develop product positioning, unique value propositions and messaging that resonates and evokes response with our target audiences.
- Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support internally and externally, including speaking engagements, webinars, written and creative works.
- Support our sales channels through driving product awareness and attachment with the creation and implementation of promotions, campaigns, lead generation, co-marketing and nurturing programs.
- Create customer-facing sales tools that differentiate our company in the marketplace using third party platforms, interactive content, product videos, web content, sales presentations, spec sheets, white papers, case studies and brochures.
- Research, negotiate, manage, and evaluate regional events to increase SolarEdge’s market share in key territories
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in marketing, technology, business or other related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience with at least 3 years of driving B2B and B2C Go-to-Market or New Product Introduction strategies.
- Experience in renewable energy is preferred; power electronics, technical consumer products or IoT/smart device industry also welcomed.
- Ability to travel domestic and international <20% per year.
- Record of managing multiple product roadmaps and life cycles simultaneously.

- Exceptional ROI-tracking and metrics-driven marketing skills; ability to analyze customer and market data in order to generate meaningful information for sales and leadership initiatives.
- Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior, or customer groups.
- Demonstrates superior writing skills for the creation of case studies, communications, webinars, blogs, white papers, sales tools and general content.
- Strong record of delivering B2B and B2C sales enablement tools, product promotions and kitchen table sales material.
- Experience working with highly technical products and concepts and the ability to translate such material into simple, audience-specific messaging that resonates.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to quickly adapt to an ever-changing environment and market demands.
- Experience marketing and selling products direct and indirect through a channel network, distributors or e-commerce.
- Excellent cross-functional project management skills and ability to create and apply program timelines, interdependencies, budgets, and post program metrics.
- Working knowledge of CRM processes and general MarTech stacks.
- Proficient in collaboration and creative applications such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Jira, Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience in project managing regional events and trade expos.
