Commercial Project Engineer H/F

SolarEdge Technologies France - SolarEdge is looking for an ambitious, project-minded, and driven Project Engineer, to join our outstanding France team.
Responsibilities

• Creating string designs for residential but mainly commercial, CetI, Uility, and AgriPVsystems.
• Creating Energy yield simulations on Designer/PVSyst/Archelios, ….
• Calculating DC et AC cable layouts, junction boxes
• Build technico-sales documents to be presented to customers
• Handling design and technical questions about the monitoring portal
• Provide training and explanations to customers on how to use the SolarEdge design tool, setapp, site mapper.
• Maintain an up-to-date status of all customer sites, current progress status, target date for completion in the CRM system
• Coordinate site visits for technical support during the project and installation phases in coordination with Sales teams and system - commissioning, including Explanation and training of the SolarEdge technology on site.
• Maintaining the level of knowledge of all updates, changes, problems, and solutions of the residential and commercial product range.
• Advising installers regarding the AC and DC installation associated with PV systems. - Minimum 3 years experience in PV supporting projects within an organization
• Electrical Engineering Training at MBO level (MTS)
• Experience in both residential/commercial systems is a pre-requisite
• Independently elaborating and advising the AC and DC part of large solar systems
• Having knowledge regarding AC and DC installations in regard to French regulations, DEIE
• Experience with MS Office (Excel and PPT)
• Experience with Autocad
• Strong interpersonal / communication skills
• Being able to easily adapt in a changing work environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to perform multiple assignments independently throughout the organization and with customers
• Team player
• Hands-on/ take an ownership mentality
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in English and French
