Job Opportunity: Branch Manager
EcoPro – Houston, TX Solar PV Wholesale Warehouse

EcoPro, a growing wholesale distributor of solar PV and renewable energy products, is seeking an experienced, hands-on Branch Manager to lead our Houston warehouse and distribution operation.

 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse activities: receiving, inventory control, order picking/packing, and shipping
- Schedule and manage local deliveries and company truck
- Maintain accurate inventory, conduct cycle counts, and control shrinkage
- Support the outside sales team and handle customer orders (phone and walk-in)
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized facility
- Manage branch P&L, expenses, and monthly performance goals
- Coordinate purchasing/replenishment with corporate team
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues quickly

Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience in wholesale distribution or warehouse operations (required)
- Direct experience in solar PV or electrical wholesale distribution (required)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, physical warehouse environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (strong industry experience may substitute)
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS software a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 – $80,000 annually (depending on experience)
