About the Job

At Senergy Power Solutions, we don’t just sell—we compete to win. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our sales engine, driving pipeline activity, engaging customers, and keeping deals moving. You’ll manage inbound requests, track new opportunities, and ensure quotes, proposals, and orders are fast, accurate, and aligned with mission requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Hunt new opportunities by monitoring procurement channels and identifying bids that fit Senergy’s strengths.

  • Respond quickly to inbound quote requests with accurate specs, pricing, warranties, and timelines.

  • Draft and process quotes, proposals, and orders in partnership with the outside sales team.

  • Drive results by meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets.

  • Provide customers with technical resources—product data sheets, catalogs, and reference materials.

  • Build working knowledge of Senergy’s hybrid power systems to speak confidently about capabilities.

  • Support proposals, RFPs/RFQs, and Statements of Work by gathering technical details and aligning them with requirements.

  • Maintain a clean, accurate CRM with all customer, lead, and pipeline activity.

  • Partner with outside sales representatives to keep deals on track and customers supported.

  • Conduct market research to strengthen sales strategies and vendor relations.

  • Assist in preparing reports, forecasts, and pipeline summaries for leadership.

  • Travel as needed for trade shows, demonstrations, or training.

  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team’s goals.


Qualifications

Education

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent military/industry experience.

Experience

  • 2+ years in inside sales, technical sales support, or federal contracting.

  • Government or defense sales experience strongly preferred.

Skills

  • Tenacity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.

  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand and explain specifications.

  • Organizational discipline and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred

  • Experience working with federal procurement processes and bid boards.

  • Knowledge of hybrid power systems, energy storage, or expeditionary technologies.

  • Military service or experience supporting military end-users.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems for order processing.


Physical Requirements
  • Extended periods of desk/computer work.

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

  • Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments with moderate noise and temperature variations.
