Outside Solar Setter

Location: Moreno Valley , CA

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Compensation: Paid per sit. $250 per qualified sit down. $3500 per installation. 

About the Role:

As a Solar Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact in helping homeowners transition to clean, affordable solar energy. Your job is to create qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants by engaging with homeowners, educating them on the benefits of solar, and building genuine connections that open doors for our team.

What You’ll Do

• Knock on doors or attend community events to engage homeowners in conversations about solar energy.
• Educate homeowners on cost savings, energy independence, and environmental benefits.
• Qualify potential customers by collecting key information (energy usage, home ownership, interest level).
• Set up appointments for our Solar Consultants to present customized solar solutions.
• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment goals.
• Represent the company with integrity, positivity, and professionalism.

Compensation

• Pay per Sit: Paid per qualified appointment + performance bonuses
• Average Earnings: $60,000-$100,000 annually (top setters earn $100k+)
