We’re hiring several licensed electricians to join our Commercial Solar Construction division. This is a field-based role, working hands-on at job sites across Central California, with assignments that typically change every few months. If you enjoy dynamic environments and meaningful impact, this role delivers both.

What You’ll Do
Work on commercial buildings where you'll organize, manage, and install electrical components for Commercial and Industrial photovoltaic service installations.

Key responsibilities include:
Our electrical teams work with our field personnel, including installation technicians, crew leads, project managers, and superintendents, to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within high-quality standards.

A knack for juggling multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

A commitment to job-site safety and high-quality workmanship.

Comfort working in a field-based role with regular travel throughout Central California.
