Solar Gain is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of service and warranty projects for our commercial solar energy systems.

This role is essential to ensuring our service operations run smoothly—managing schedules, technicians, materials, subcontractors, and client communication to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget. You must be able to work onsite at our Tucson office, Monday through Friday.

What You’ll Do

As the Service Project Manager, you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all service and warranty work

  • Manage service schedules, RMAs, and technician assignments

  • Coordinate resources across Operations, Design, Engineering, Subcontractors, and customers

  • Oversee procurement and track materials for service and warranty jobs

  • Verify costs, delivery timelines, and field tracking of COGS

  • Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting

  • Conduct Quality Assurance inspections for commercial solar projects

  • Support technicians by diagnosing issues and identifying solutions

  • Coordinate permitting and utility application submissions

  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction

  • Summarize project outcomes and identify improvement opportunities
