Install Crew Assistant:

Assist Crew Lead with all aspects of field installation of Ground Mount Solar Array Racking systems. Outdoor work year-round, prior experience with outdoor work required. Physical and skilled construction labor. Will train in specific requirements required of position. Prior construction experience required. Must be familiar with the use of a broad range of power and hand tools. Position requires travel; overnight trips and extended trips of up to 14 days, however, most trips are one to two nights away. Must have and maintain valid driver’s license. Must have reliable transportation. Must pass DOT Driver’s Physical. Must be reliable and punctual. Weekly hours vary, some overtime and weekends required. Additional shop work when not in the field is available to insure a 40-hour week. If you have personal considerations that would prevent you from traveling, please do not apply. Position is not suitable for relocation. If you do not reside within reasonable travel time to reporting location in New Castle (approximately 30 minutes) please do not apply.
