We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager. This role will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, elevate brand awareness, and drive down-funnel conversion. You will serve as the functional subject matter expert, developing strategy and executing in collaboration with internal and external team members. You’ll track performance, analyze results and draw conclusions in order to recommend improvements to marketing strategies and tactics. You will develop processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. You’ll manage a team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels.
- Create and maintain consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed
- Translate business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge and understanding of customers, products and industries.
- Track and manage marketing expenses in order to ensure that they are within budget parameters.
- Create reporting to measure success of marketing programs.
- Assist with maintaining and improving ongoing marketing programs, analyses and reports.
- Develop new ideas and communicates potential uses for analytics across the business.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work in-office 5 days/week
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience and growth in a marketing role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Paid Media, Social Media, and/or CRM, etc.).
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Prior management experience a plus
Looking for growth opportunity and wanting to make impact as opposed to being a cog in an already well-oiled machine. Willing to wear a few hats and excited to build systems and processes from the ground up/make an impact on a growing company with the resources of large enterprise. Like mentioned above, would be great if they’ve spent time within a focused area of marketing and show growth/expertise during that time, as well as having prior management experience as a plus.
