POSITION SUMMARY:


The Operations Assistant position reports directly to the Operations Manager, with the primary responsibility assisting with project transfers and closeouts, including completing vendor paperwork, executing on permit & utility interconnection application submissions and overseeing those stages in the project. Additional responsibilities may include: 

●     Updating and putting together user manuals for new clients

●     Helping with project incentive paperwork of various kinds

●     Scheduling inspections and site visit/service call appointments

●     Data entry and activity management in CRM

●     Reviewing existing system monitoring platforms, updating production spreadsheets and analyzing system data to determine if issues exist

●     Help file reports for O&M visits

●     Assisting the Solar Squad department at times with scheduling.

●     Tracking and project updating to make sure all processes are complete

●     Follow up with vendors, clients, etc.

●     Taking on or assisting with various internal projects as assigned on the operations side of the business

●     Discerning and maintaining confidential information

●     Prioritizing tasks and projects with constantly changing deadlines and expectations

 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Required Skills:

●        Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

●        Proficient in G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)

●        Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

●        CRM Experience

●        Ability to manage many projects and tasks in a high pace environment

●        Must have a valid driver’s license

The following benefits become available after the employee’s 60 day probationary period has ended

●     Medical coverage - fully paid for employees

The following benefits become available after the employee’s 90 day probationary period has ended

●     Vacation days - up to four weeks depending on years of service, with the ability of rolling over five days to the next year. For an employee that on boards in January, two weeks of vacation time will be available after the probationary period.

●     Personal days - two days per year 

●     Sick days - three days per year

●     Eight paid holidays per year

●     Summer Hours on Fridays - starting on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and ending the Friday of Labor Day weekend, the office will close at 1 pm. Work permitting, employees will work four hours and be paid for the other four. Note: Employees understand that if there are deadlines to meet, they must be completed even if you have to work more than four hours.

 

The following benefits are available immediately

●     401K - employees can start contributing upon employment. PurePoint matches up to 4% after one year of employment.

●     Mileage reimbursement - PurePoint has a transit fleet for their employees, however should you need to use your own vehicle to travel on company business, you will be reimbursed for mileage. The mileage is calculated using the yearly standard IRS mileage rate. The reimbursement occurs the following month (IE: January reimbursement = February payout).

●     Paid training

This position is onsite, in the office, Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $47,500 per year
