The Associate General Counsel is a full-time, hybrid role based in Baltimore City County, MD, with flexibility for some work from home. This role provides day-to-day legal support for solar and storage project development, financing, and operations, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements with partners, customers, and vendors. The Associate General Counsel will manage legal risk, advise on regulatory and compliance matters, and support corporate governance, including policies, approvals, and board materials. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams such as project development, finance, and operations to structure transactions, resolve legal issues, and support strategic initiatives. The role also involves overseeing outside counsel when needed, maintaining organized documentation and workflows, and contributing to the continuous improvement of legal processes and templates.
