This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Mumbai. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, building customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow the business. The role will also require collaborating across teams to develop strategic initiatives, following up with prospects, and maintaining high standards of customer service to support client success.
- Strong skills in Lead Generation, Market Research, and identifying business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities
- Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or ESG-related industries is beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
