We’ve raised $3M+ from some of the world’s best investors and built an innovative solar as a service model for Vietnam. With us, customers can switch to solar energy with no upfront cost, reduce their electricity bills, and save the planet. It’s simple and loved by our many customers. 

Now we’re focused on the next challenge: growing fast to reach our goal of installing 100,000 rooftops with solar in Vietnam.

The Role

We’re hiring our first marketing team member to build marketing from scratch. You’ll work directly with the founder (ex McKinsey and Google). We’re looking someone with a passion for content creation and an eye for performance marketing. Help us tell our story to customers. Solar without upfront cost is still an unfamiliar concept for most people we talk to. Help build a brand that people remember. The role includes writing SEO content, creating engaging campaigns and diving into performance metrics to optimize the number of customers we get. You’ll have the chance to shape our marketing presence, drive growth and have real impact to build the energy company of the future.

We are looking for someone that we can learn from. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and passionate about what we are building. 

What you’ll do

• Build and own our marketing. Sharpen our positioning, develop a practical marketing plan and execute it to generate customers:
• Develop organic acquisition. Research Vietnamese search behaviour, identify valuable keywords, and build content that helps businesses understand electricity costs and evaluate solar.
• Launch websites and landing pages. Work with the founder and external support to turn ideas into useful pages that generate leads.
• Create credible content. Interview customers and engineers, visit projects, and turn technical information into clear articles, case studies, videos, and sales materials.
• Test acquisition channels. Run focused experiments across search, social, partnerships, and paid advertising to find what works.
• Connect marketing to sales. Understand which enquiries become real opportunities and use that feedback to improve targeting and messaging
• Own measurement. Set up reporting for traffic, enquiries, lead quality, acquisition costs, and contribution to sales.
• Build the resources you need. Select tools and manage freelancers or agencies when specialist support makes sense. 
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to innovate and grow.

Who you are:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• You have 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant skills and a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).
• You can produce strong work yourself - not just prepare plans or coordinate agencies.
• You understand keyword research, search intent, and how useful content supports organic acquisition.
• You’re comfortable with numbers and care about qualified leads and customers.
• You write excellent Vietnamese and can communicate effectively in English (IELTS 6+).
• You can prioritize, work independently, and explain what you tried, what happened, and what should change.
• You are highly motivated and able to work full-time in our office in district 1 with occasional travel to customer for site shoots, interviews or sales meetings
