What You’ll Do

  • Lead development and maintenance of scalable full-stack applications using MERN stack technologies
  • Build performant, responsive UI with modern tools like Vite, React hooks, and Tailwind CSS
  • Architect and implement robust RESTful APIs in Node.js and Express
  • Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality sustainable tech products
  • Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers
  • Drive technical decisions, best practices, and contribute to the architecture roadmap
  • Work with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments



What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of strong full stack development experience with deep MERN stack expertise
  • Expert knowledge of React (hooks, context, state management), Vite, and Tailwind CSS
  • Proven ability to design and optimize scalable backend services and MongoDB databases
  • Experience with Git, automated testing, and cloud environments (AWS or similar)
  • Leadership skills including mentoring, code reviews, and leading technical discussions
  • Strong problem solver with excellent collaboration and communication abilities
  • Passionate about sustainability and building impactful, data-driven solutions

Required Skills & Experience

  • Languages: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (6+ years experience)
  • Frontend: Experience with React and modern JS frameworks
  • Backend: Node.js with TypeScript and Express.js for JavaScript backends
  • Database: Experience with MongoDB and schema design
  • Hosting and DevOps: Experience deploying to cloud platforms with CI/CD
