Partner with project managers to oversee budgets, forecasts, and risk assessments for renewable energy projects. Analyze project costs, expenditures, commitments, and variances, ensuring projects remain financially sound. Provide financial insights and reporting that influence executive decision-making. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. Support project closeouts, reconciliations, and financial compliance reviews. Collaborate with operations and senior management to identify process improvements. Participate in project meetings, offering financial guidance on strategic planning and execution. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline. ~ Must be a US Citizen or Authorized to work in the US ~3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries. ~ Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial modeling preferred. ~ Play a direct role in advancing renewable energy projects that make a lasting impact.
