This position will be held within our Community and Mobility Planning group (CAMP) and work closely with our team of transportation planners and engineers, environmental professionals, and urban planners/designers. Job Description We are SLR Consulting (US), a 500+ coast-to-coast team of advisory, environmental/engineering, and regulatory professionals. We deliver environmental and sustainability services to our clients through the integration of over 30 advisory, technical environmental, and engineering disciplines to help clients address some of their most complex challenges around sustainability.   • The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. Final agreed upon compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location.

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities:
  • Win work, identify new client and project opportunities, manage projects and client relationships
  • Establish, maintain, and grow client relationships
  • Public outreach and engagement
  • Lead and mentor junior staff
  • Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs/RFQs
  • Ensure projects are on time and on budget
  • Collaborate across disciplines
  • Develop creative, yet realistic solutions
Qualifications/Education/Memberships:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Transportation Engineering, Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field
  • 10+ years of professional work-related experience with a track record of advancing in responsibility
  • Familiarity with emerging best practices/guidelines in active transportation, smart cities, micro-mobility, and urban transportation
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal guidelines/standards, policies, and procedures
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Willing to travel by car or airplane, including overnight travel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Licensed PE is a plus
