Service Manager Digital Workplace & Collaboration (all genders)
Your future tasks:
- Own and continuously improve the Digital Workplace (e.g. Desktops, Mobile Devices, Virtual Desktops) service across lifecycles
- Manage and optimize collaboration platforms (M365, Teams, SharePoint) in line with business needs
- Lead, coordinate and develop the internal team and external providers to ensure service delivery and performance
- Ensure governance, security and compliance of the Digital Workplace environment
- Drive user adoption, enablement and value realization of collaboration tools
- Coordinate and ensure workplace-related ITSM processes
- Support digital workplace transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage and optimize collaboration and productivity platforms (M365, Teams, SharePoint)
- Coordinate rollout, adoption and enablement of workplace technologies and capabilities
- Monitor service performance and user satisfaction
- Ensure governance, compliance and security of collaboration environments
- Coordinate ITSM processes (incident, request, change) with internal teams and providers
- Manage and steer internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure service delivery and performance
- Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Relevant professional experience (7-10 years) in Digital Workplace and Collaboration Management (including M365 services) service ownership, provider management, user adoption and governance
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
