At Skrap, we facilitate sustainability-themed workshops and activities to inspire, engage and influence positive climate action. Our workshops are designed to introduce new concepts, share solutions and help transform intent into action.


Apply for this role if you enjoy public speaking, lead a low-waste lifestyle, and are excited about building sustainability workshops and activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Moderate and facilitate workshops, both online and in-person
  • Plan and execute engagements, outline timelines, tasks, and resource requirements internally
  • Research and design content for new engagement activities
  • Create communication materials to create excitement around the workshop

  • Have knowledge and hands-on experience on sustainable living and lead a low-waste lifestyle. Are curious to learn and experiment with new sustainability ideas and concepts in your daily life.
  • Have strong public speaking and storytelling skills. You are confident and comfortable with an audience, can feel the pulse of your audience and can draw participants in.
  • Have prior facilitation experience of a minimum of 2 years 
  • Have created content and learning experiences (Bonus points for this)
  • Are proficient in English 
  • Have basic knowledge of Canva


Location:

This is a full-time role open to candidates based in Bangalore.
