Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Part-Time Electric Vehicle Trainer. The Electric Vehicle Trainer will design and deliver online training sessions on EV fundamentals, systems, and technologies for engineering students and early-career professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, creating assessments, conducting live or recorded classes, and providing feedback and guidance to learners. The trainer will collaborate with the SkillDzire team to update course content based on industry trends and ensure training quality and learner engagement. The role also involves mentoring participants on career pathways in the EV sector and maintaining organized records of learner progress.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of electric vehicle concepts, including EV architecture, powertrains, batteries, and charging systems.
  • Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using online teaching tools and learning management systems for remote instruction.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-focused approach.
  • Ability to design structured lesson plans, training modules, and assessments aligned with industry requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Industry experience in electric vehicles, automotive, or related domains is an advantage.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote setup, with strong time management and organizational skills.
