Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced EV Operations Specialist for a hybrid contract in Austin, Texas.
Responsibilities:
The EV Operations Specialist will support the operations of a large-scale electric vehicle charging network and transportation electrification programs. This role will be responsible for supporting over 1,200 EV charging ports, processing incentives and verifying compliance for electric vehicle rebate programs, generating recurring and ad hoc reports for management and stakeholders, validating and analyzing data across multiple operational platforms, and ensuring reporting accuracy. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational scalability and customer experience, participate in outreach and educational events that promote EV adoption, provide operational updates to leadership, support emerging technology initiatives through research and analysis, and contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of project or program coordination/management experience
• 1-3 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools with an emphasis on Excel reporting
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience analyzing large datasets utilizing Excel and reporting tools
• Experience generating recurring and ad hoc operational reports
• Experience supporting data validation, quality assurance, and reporting accuracy initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 2-3 years of previous experience with climate action solutions
• 2-3 years of previous experience with electric vehicles and related technologies
• Experience supporting EV charging infrastructure or transportation electrification programs
• Knowledge of incentive or rebate program administration
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, outreach, and educational initiatives
