As a Consultant, you will:

At the Senior Consultant level, you will be responsible for delivering entire projects, setting interim steps and deadlines, acting as the main day-to-day client contact, and keeping Directors informed of progress and issues.

You will be expected to form a view on how regulatory developments affect our clients and where they create opportunities for work.
  • Support the firm's commercial activity by identifying client needs and sales opportunities, developing proposals and other client-facing materials, and conducting market research. At the Senior Consultant level, you will turn those opportunities into specific offerings and deliverables and maintain direct relationships with client counterparts.
  • Contribute to Sirio's intellectual property by writing articles and research, supporting the development of tools and products sold to clients under subscription models, and disseminating our thinking through our website and social channels.
  • Support the development of colleagues by sharing knowledge and experience, reviewing written work and giving constructive feedback, and take responsibility for your own development against an agreed performance development plan.
