Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ranchi. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, lead the development of proposals and presentations, and collaborate with the marketing team on client engagement strategies. The role involves market analysis, sales forecasts, and setting strategic goals to enhance the company's market position and achieve financial growth.


Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market analysis, and develop strategic plans
  • Experience with proposal writing and project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the architecture or construction industry is a plus.
