Solar Project Coordinator

- Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal departments regarding project specifics and system design, including implementing proposed solutions and tracking estimated timeframes
- Ensure projects are completed on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency
- Field client issues, escalate to appropriate teams if needed, and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Articulate technical concepts, product specifications, and design criteria to clients and external stakeholders
- Manage our new home pipeline and coordinate with general contractors regarding build status
- Document project specifics and updates in our project management software
- Track milestones and expedite projects per required benchmarks
- Provide outstanding customer service and effectively manage client expectations
- Prior industry experience required
- Energy storage system experience a plus
- General construction knowledge a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and single-line diagrams
- Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills, and ability to navigate industry-specific terminology
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including developing business relationships with internal and external parties
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a larger team
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and GSuite
- Ability to learn quickly and develop additional industry knowledge
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- $30-$35 per hour depending on experience
