Position Overview
The Solar Installer is responsible for the safe, high-quality installation of residential and commercial solar energy systems. You’ll work as part of a professional crew to complete installations efficiently, accurately, and to code.
This is a full-time, hourly position for experienced installers seeking long-term stability, career growth, and the opportunity to work with one of Arizona’s best solar teams.
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $25–$30+ per hour (higher pay available for highly experienced applicants)
⏱️ Schedule: Full-Time (40+ hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Install solar panels, racking, and wiring per design and code standards
- Work safely on rooftops and at heights daily
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as needed
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and project managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of residential solar installation experience (required)
- Familiar with PV system components and installation best practices
- Ability to lift 50–75lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Experience with Enphase or similar systems preferred
