Location: Star, Idaho (Remote, with flexibility for in-office meetings or site visits)
Type: Hourly + Commission
Availability: Must be flexible and available to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to capitalize on real-time lead opportunities.

We are expanding our team and seeking a driven, hungry, and experienced media buyer to generate high-quality leads in the Bakersfield market.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven media buyer who can create, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to attract local customers in Bakersfield, CA. The ideal candidate should be proactive, willing to hustle, and capable of working on demand to respond quickly to incoming leads and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically develop and manage advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and others targeting Bakersfield, CA.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns continually to improve lead quality and scale ROI.
  • Craft compelling ad copy and visuals specific to solar, batteries, EV chargers, and electrical needs relevant to Bakersfield residents.
  • Manage budgets prudently to maximize acquisition of high-quality leads at the lowest possible cost.
  • Track campaign performance, lead conversions, and ROI, providing regular reports.
  • Collaborate with sales to refine messaging and improve lead follow-up.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to market changes, incoming leads, and urgent advertising needs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, local market shifts, and digital advertising strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a media buyer or digital marketer, with a focus on lead generation for residential/home services, solar, or electrical sectors.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong ability to create engaging ad content tailored to local markets.
  • Excellent data analysis and campaign optimization skills.
  • Highly motivated, hungry, and flexible with work hours.
  • Familiarity with the Bakersfield market, solar, battery storage, EV chargers, and electrical services is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and respond quickly to campaign and lead needs.
  • Experience with lead tracking, CRM integration, and performance measurement.
