Account Executive / Senior Account Executive - Medical

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive with 4+ years of experience to lead aspects of client accounts - owning media strategy and execution, mentoring junior team members and collaborating closely with account leads. You'll work with a growing roster of clean energy and energy transition clients across sectors like solar, storage, climate tech, and grid modernization-helping them build brand credibility, secure earned media wins, and influence key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in the clean energy landscape, have a knack for building relationships, and a proven track record fostering teamwork to deliver high-impact PR results. Participate and assist in program brainstorming, development, and planning Manage the workflow of client deliverables, ensure quality delivery and that deadlines are met Manage multiple projects for clients from concept to completion by troubleshooting problems, proposing solutions, offering client counsel May manage account or business unit with minimal supervision Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment ~ Familiarity with digital PR tools and analytics platforms ~ A team player with a collaborative spirit and leadership qualities ~ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field Flexible work environment Silverline is an Equal Opportunity Employer, EEO, AAE, MF/Disability/VET.
