Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad, responsible for overseeing daily operations at solar project locations. This role includes coordinating installation and maintenance activities, managing site staff and subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in line with quality standards. The Site Supervisor monitors project progress, resolves on-site issues, and communicates regularly with project managers and other stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate site documentation, enforcing safety protocols, and supporting inspections and testing to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

The Site Supervisor shall be capable of after sales support and resolution of technical issues related to solar installation on site.

Qualifications

  • Experience in site supervision, field operations, or construction management within energy, solar, or related industries.
  • Strong skills in team leadership, staff coordination, and stakeholder communication.
  • Knowledge of solar systems, electrical or mechanical works, and relevant safety standards is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, project plans, and site reports.
  • Proven capability in problem-solving, decision-making, and managing time and resources effectively.
  • Comfort working on-site, including outdoor environments, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, construction, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in Pakistan’s renewable energy or infrastructure sector is an advantage.


Salary: 60,000-70,000/- PKR
