We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to support the daily operations of our warehouse in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. This role is essential to ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient inventory handling, and the maintenance of a safe and well-organized facility. Working primarily in back‑of‑house operations, the Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for activities such as picking, packing, receiving, and inventory management, while also supporting customer-facing needs like order pick-ups.

Qualifications And Competences

  • Pick and pack orders according to quality, labeling, and shipping standards
  • Coordinate outbound shipments, including freight quotes and carrier selection
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer pick-ups, including assisting customers at the dock or front area
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and perform quality checks
  • Complete product put-away using established warehouse protocols and FIFO standards
  • Assist with inventory counts and support discrepancy identification and resolution
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, showroom, and training center environment
  • Assist with facility-related tasks such as pallet management, waste removal, and general operational upkeep
  • Support training events by preparing the space and materials, staging product, and assisting with room setup and cleanup
  • Follow all safety procedures, operate warehouse equipment safely (including forklift), and promptly report hazards or incidents

The Warehouse Operations Associate plays a vital role in supporting SIGA’s operational excellence by ensuring efficient warehouse execution, accurate order fulfillment, and a safe, organized facility. This position is responsible for a combination of warehouse, logistics, facility, and customer-facing tasks that directly support daily operations and SIGA’s commitment to quality and sustainability.

Key responsibilities include picking, packing, and preparing orders in accordance with established quality, labeling, and shipping standards to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. The role coordinates outbound shipments by obtaining freight quotes, selecting appropriate carriers, and supporting timely dispatch of goods. As the primary point of contact for customer pick-ups, the Warehouse Operations Associate assists customers at the dock or front area, ensuring a professional and positive experience.

This role also supports inbound logistics by receiving incoming shipments, verifying quantities, and performing quality checks. The associate completes product put-away using established warehouse protocols, including FIFO inventory standards, and assists with inventory counts while supporting the identification and resolution of discrepancies.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized environment is a core responsibility, covering the warehouse, showroom, and training center spaces. The position assists with general facility-related tasks such as pallet management, waste removal, and overall operational upkeep.

In addition, the Warehouse Operations Associate supports training events by preparing spaces and materials, staging product, and assisting with room setup and cleanup to ensure successful events. The role follows all safety procedures, operates warehouse equipment safely (including forklifts), and promptly reports hazards, incidents, or safety concerns in alignment with SIGA’s safety standards.

This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment and supporting SIGA’s mission of delivering high-performance, sustainable building solutions.
