We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support administrative and operational tasks within the Building Technology domain. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building automation, service operations, and knowledge management while contributing to the efficiency of our internal processes.

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support administrative and operational tasks within the Building Technology domain. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building automation, service operations, and knowledge management while contributing to the efficiency of our internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain presentations and communication materials
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, organize follow-ups
- Support preparation of meeting materials and summaries
- Support creation of: PowerPoint decks, SharePoint content Internal communication materials
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support
- Currently enrolled in the 3rd year or higher at a university (STU TZB is a plus)
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week
- Organizational and time management skills
- Microsoft Office 365 – especially PowerPoint
- AI chat bots
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems or building automation technologies is a plus
