About Us

The transition to a sustainable, carbon-neutral future is reshaping the energy, building, and industrial process industries at an unprecedented pace. Renewable energy, storage solutions, and the accelerating electrification of transport and industrial processes are placing new and complex demands on the power grids of tomorrow.

As ONE Tech Company, Siemens is more than the sum of its parts — and this role sits right at the heart of that ambition. We are aligning product and portfolio elements across our businesses, harmonizing our energy management offerings, and building a coherent go-to-market strategy that reflects the full strength of Siemens. High-visibility, cross-functional, and genuinely impactful — this is the role for someone ready to shape the future of energy management from within.

One team. One goal.

In the Chief Technology Office's Digital Portfolio team, we bring together product and portfolio managers, customers, and sales specialists to do one thing exceptionally well: transform our digital products and services so our customers can thrive in the energy transition. Smarter grids. Greener manufacturing. More sustainable buildings and neighborhoods. That is what we are here to build — together.

We are looking for someone who thrives on connecting people and businesses. As part of our "ONE Tech Company Energy Management" team, you will nurture the Energy Management community across Siemens, keep the overarching picture in view, and work hand in hand with regional sales to turn opportunities into business.
