How to contribute to our vision
For our Service Digital E2E product, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated UI/UX Designer for the Pixel Lovers Team to collaborate with product managementin the definition and implementation of innovative solutions for our Dojo Portal central data system.
The team is a part of the bigger software department with colleagues in Denmark, Hamburg, Spain (Bilbao, Pamplona, San Sebastian and Madrid) and India.
Your tasks and deliverables are mainly providing designs based in our own Design System (the Dojo MDS) for the Dojo portal and support other teams in their development on Dojo Portal following agile methodologies.
What you need to make a difference Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for
  • The ideal candidate holds an academic degree in UX or similar in combination with passion about UX/UI, aptitude to adapt legacy design in a modern way, and a thorough practical experience (at least recommended 3 – 5 years) with:
  • Proficient in high fidelity designs in Figma.
  • Proficient in prototypes/wireframes creation, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas for workshops and envision sessions with our stakeholders
  • Proficient in interaction design and information architecture
  • Proficient in Responsive design
  • Proficient in preparation/execution/summarizing different UX workshop types to help product management teams in their product roadmap definition
  • Experience in creating or management of complex Design Systems
  • Experience in solving complex problems in a simple way.
  • Facilitates the team’s progress toward team goals and supports the Product Owner
  • High professional competency and desire to develop.
  • Good collaboration skills in different cultural contexts.
  • Strong result and customer-oriented approach.
  • High level of English. Spoken and written. We are a worldwide operating company, and you will interact with international people and projects.
